About the role
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an experienced Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
In this role, the recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders across AWS to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality talent pipelines. A strong ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining an excellent candidate experience is essential.
