The Front Line Officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient handling of PF-related processes in accordance with applicable regulations and organisational guidelines.
The role involves direct, hands-on engagement with PF trust operations, requiring attention to detail, a working knowledge of relevant statutory frameworks, and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Day-to-day administration and operations of the PF trust
- Ensuring compliance with Provident Fund regulations and trust deed provisions
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to member accounts and transactions
- Liaising with internal departments and external authorities as required
