A logistics company based in Mohali district is seeking a skilled and experienced Freight Broker to join its growing team. This position is open exclusively to candidates who already have hands-on experience in freight brokerage — freshers and those without direct industry experience need not apply.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in coordinating freight movements, building and maintaining carrier and shipper relationships, and negotiating rates to ensure cost-effective and timely transportation of goods.
- Prior experience in freight brokerage is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of carrier networks and freight rate negotiation
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and client accounts simultaneously
