A logistics company based in Mohali district is seeking a skilled and experienced Freight Broker to join its operations team. This position is open exclusively to candidates who have hands-on experience in freight brokerage — freshers and those without direct brokerage experience need not apply.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in coordinating freight shipments, building and maintaining relationships with carriers and shippers, and negotiating competitive rates to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Prior experience in freight brokerage is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of carrier and shipper coordination
- Ability to negotiate rates and manage freight movement effectively
- Based in or willing to work from the Mohali district
