About the role
A logistics firm based in Mohali district is looking to hire experienced Freight Brokers to strengthen its operations. This role is strictly open to professionals who already have hands-on experience in freight brokerage — freshers and candidates without relevant background need not apply.
The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting shippers with carriers, negotiating freight rates, managing shipment coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and transport partners.
- Prior experience in freight brokerage is mandatory
- Strong negotiation and communication skills required
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and client accounts simultaneously
- Familiarity with logistics software and freight management processes is an advantage
