About the role
A logistics firm based in Mohali district is looking to hire a Freight Broker to support its growing operations. This opportunity is open exclusively to candidates who already have hands-on experience in freight brokerage — freshers and those without relevant background need not apply.
The selected candidate will be responsible for connecting shippers with carriers, negotiating freight rates, managing shipment coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and transportation partners.
- Prior experience in freight brokerage is mandatory
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and client accounts simultaneously
- Familiarity with logistics operations and carrier networks
