As a founding member, the selected candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end product lifecycle — from identifying user needs and defining requirements to working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and stakeholders
- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable product decisions
- Establish processes and best practices for the product function from scratch
This role is well-suited for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and is passionate about building products that solve real problems. Prior experience in a product management role, ideally at an early-stage or high-growth company, is expected.
