Founding Product Manager
An early-stage opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join as a founding team member and shape the product vision from the ground up.
About the role
This is a Founding Product Manager role, offering the chance to be among the first product hires at an organisation and play a central part in defining how the product is built, prioritised, and grown.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in an early-stage environment, taking ownership of the full product lifecycle — from discovery and roadmap planning through to execution and iteration — with limited process and significant autonomy.
Key responsibilities are expected to include:
- Defining and owning the product roadmap in close collaboration with engineering and design
- Conducting user research and translating insights into actionable product decisions
- Setting and tracking key product metrics to guide prioritisation
- Working cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business
Candidates with prior experience in a founding or very early-stage product role, and a demonstrated ability to build products from zero to one, are encouraged to apply.
