This is a Founding Product Manager role at an early-stage company focused on improving the hiring experience. As one of the first product hires, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap from the ground up.
The role demands a hands-on leader who is comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build and iterate on products that solve real problems in the recruitment and hiring space.
- Define and own the end-to-end product roadmap
