About the role
This position combines three essential support roles — Food Runner, Barback, and Busser — within a fast-paced food and beverage environment in Delhi, India. The successful candidate will work closely with both the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, efficient service throughout every shift.
As a Food Runner, the individual will be responsible for delivering orders accurately and promptly from the kitchen to guests. In the Barback capacity, they will assist bartenders by restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness behind the bar, and ensuring uninterrupted bar operations. As a Busser, they will clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a welcoming dining environment.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests accurately and in a timely manner
- Support bartenders with restocking, cleaning, and preparation tasks
