About the role
This position is a combined front-of-house support role encompassing the duties of a Food Runner, Barback, and Busser. The successful candidate will work across the dining floor and bar area to ensure smooth, efficient service throughout each shift.
Key responsibilities span three core functions:
- Food Runner: Delivering food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to the correct tables, coordinating closely with kitchen and serving staff.
- Barback: Assisting bartenders by restocking supplies, clearing used glassware, and maintaining a clean and organised bar station.
- Busser: Clearing and resetting tables efficiently between covers to maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.
This role suits candidates who are energetic, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume hospitality setting. Prior experience in a restaurant or bar environment is an advantage, though a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are equally valued.
