About the role
This position combines three essential support roles within a food and beverage establishment in Delhi, India. The successful candidate will work across the floor and bar, ensuring smooth, efficient service for guests at all times.
Key responsibilities span a range of operational duties:
- Food Runner: Delivering prepared dishes from the kitchen to the correct tables accurately and promptly, and communicating any special requirements between kitchen staff and servers.
- Barback: Supporting bartenders by restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness at the bar station, and ensuring all tools and ingredients are readily available during service.
- Busser: Clearing and resetting tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment, and assisting the service team during peak hours.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to individuals who are team-oriented, physically active, and committed to delivering a high standard of hospitality. Prior experience in a restaurant or bar environment is an advantage, though motivated candidates eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
