About the role
This position combines three essential support roles within a food and beverage establishment in Delhi, India. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient service across the dining floor and bar area.
- Food Runner: Delivering prepared dishes from the kitchen to the correct tables promptly and accurately, coordinating closely with kitchen and waitstaff.
- Barback: Supporting the bar team by restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring bartenders have everything needed for uninterrupted service.
- Busser: Clearing and resetting tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment throughout service.
The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential, as the role requires constant coordination with kitchen, bar, and floor staff.
