About the role
This position is a combined front-of-house and bar support role responsible for keeping service operations running smoothly across the dining floor and bar area. The successful candidate will work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests.
Key responsibilities span three core functions:
- Food Runner: Delivering prepared dishes from the kitchen to the correct tables accurately and promptly.
- Barback: Assisting bartenders by restocking supplies, clearing glassware, and maintaining a clean and organised bar station.
- Busser: Clearing and resetting tables efficiently to support a high turnover, comfortable dining environment.
This role suits candidates who are energetic, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Prior experience in a restaurant or bar environment is an advantage, though motivated newcomers are encouraged to apply.
