About the role
The employer is looking for motivated individuals to fill a combined Food Runner / Barback / Busser role within their food and beverage operation in Delhi, India. This position sits at the heart of the dining and bar experience, ensuring smooth, efficient service for every guest.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering food orders promptly from the kitchen to guests, supporting bar staff by restocking supplies and maintaining a clean bar area, and clearing and resetting tables to keep the floor running seamlessly throughout service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running food from the kitchen to the correct tables accurately and in a timely manner
- Assisting bartenders by replenishing ice, garnishes, glassware, and other bar essentials
- Clearing used dishes, glassware, and cutlery and resetting tables for incoming guests
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the dining and bar areas
- Communicating effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
