About the role
This position is part of the front-of-house operations team, covering three interconnected support roles: Food Runner, Barback, and Busser. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute across all three functions as required during service.
- Food Runner: Delivering prepared dishes from the kitchen to the correct tables promptly and accurately.
- Barback: Assisting bartenders by restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and ensuring smooth bar operations.
- Busser: Clearing and resetting tables efficiently to maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.
