About the role
This position is a combined front-of-house support role encompassing the duties of a Food Runner, Barback, and Busser. The successful candidate will work across multiple areas of the establishment to ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent guest experience.
Key responsibilities span three core functions:
- Food Runner: Delivering food orders accurately and promptly from the kitchen to guests at the correct tables.
- Barback: Assisting bartenders by restocking supplies, clearing glassware, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area.
- Busser: Clearing and resetting tables efficiently between covers to maintain a tidy and welcoming dining environment.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to individuals who are team-oriented, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a busy food and beverage setting. Prior experience in a similar support role is an advantage, though the employer may consider motivated candidates looking to build their hospitality career.
