The role involves supporting the smooth running of both the dining floor and bar area. Duties span delivering food orders to guests, assisting bar staff with restocking and preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation of tables and service stations throughout the shift.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running food from the kitchen to the correct tables accurately and promptly
- Assisting bartenders by restocking supplies, clearing glassware, and keeping the bar area tidy
- Clearing and resetting tables efficiently to minimise guest wait times
- Supporting front-of-house team members during peak service periods
