About the role
This position is a combined front-of-house role that encompasses the duties of a Food Runner, Barback, and Busser within a food and beverage establishment in Delhi, India.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting both the dining floor and bar operations, ensuring smooth service flow. Key responsibilities span across three functions:
- Food Runner: Delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests accurately and promptly.
- Barback: Assisting bartenders by restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping the bar area organized.
- Busser: Clearing and resetting tables efficiently to maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.
