About the role
This position is a combined front-of-house support role encompassing the duties of a Food Runner, Barback, and Busser. The successful candidate will work across the dining and bar areas to ensure smooth, efficient service throughout each shift.
As a Food Runner, the individual will be responsible for delivering dishes from the kitchen to the correct tables accurately and promptly. In the Barback capacity, they will assist bartenders by restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness behind the bar, and keeping the bar area organised. As a Busser, they will clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a welcoming dining environment.
