About the role
This position combines three essential support roles within a food and beverage establishment in Delhi, India. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient service across the dining and bar areas.
- Food Runner: Delivering prepared dishes from the kitchen to the correct tables accurately and promptly, and communicating any special requirements between kitchen staff and servers.
- Barback: Assisting bartenders by restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, maintaining bar inventory, and keeping the bar area organised and ready for service.
- Busser: Clearing and resetting tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area, and supporting servers to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and willing to take on responsibilities across all three functions as required by operational needs.
