About the role
This position is a combined front-of-house support role encompassing the duties of a Food Runner, Barback, and Busser. The successful candidate will work across the dining floor and bar area to ensure smooth, efficient service during every shift.
As a Food Runner, the candidate will be responsible for delivering dishes from the kitchen to the correct tables promptly and accurately. In the Barback capacity, they will assist bartenders by restocking supplies, clearing glassware, and maintaining bar cleanliness. As a Busser, they will clear and reset tables efficiently to support a positive guest experience.
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests accurately and on time
- Support bar staff by restocking and maintaining the bar area
- Clear, clean, and reset tables between guest seatings
- Collaborate with the wider front-of-house team to maintain service standards
