About the role
This position is a dual-function kitchen support role encompassing both food preparation and dishwashing duties at a food outlet based in Delhi, India.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen team, ensuring ingredients and components are ready for service. They will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment by washing, sanitising, and organising dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout the shift.
- Assist with food prep tasks as assigned by kitchen supervisors
- Wash and sanitise dishes, cookware, and kitchen utensils
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and dishwashing area
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
