About the role
The employer is seeking a qualified and motivated Fire Fighter to join its airport operations team in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out fire prevention, suppression, and rescue activities within the airport premises.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding promptly to fire, rescue, and emergency incidents at the airport
- Operating and maintaining firefighting equipment, vehicles, and apparatus
- Conducting regular drills, inspections, and safety checks in accordance with established protocols
- Assisting in the evacuation and protection of passengers, crew, and airport personnel during emergencies
- Maintaining accurate records of incidents, equipment status, and training activities
Candidates should possess relevant firefighting qualifications, a sound understanding of airport emergency procedures, and the physical fitness required to perform duties in demanding conditions. Prior experience in airport or industrial firefighting will be an advantage.
