- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in community mobilisation, field outreach, or grassroots programme implementation, preferably in Tamil Nadu.
- Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory; working knowledge of English is an added advantage for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with people from varied socio-economic backgrounds.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Coimbatore, Sulur, and surrounding rural and semi-urban areas on a daily basis.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving licence and access to a personal vehicle is preferred for field mobility.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones, data collection applications, and Microsoft Office tools for reporting and communication purposes.
Benefits
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with performance-based incentives to recognise and reward exceptional field contributions.
