- Organise and lead community meetings, awareness campaigns, and information sessions to effectively communicate programme goals, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate records of enrolled participants, field activities, and community feedback using both physical and digital documentation tools.
- Coordinate closely with the programme team and supervisors to report daily field progress, flag challenges, and suggest actionable improvements based on ground-level insights.
- Support the distribution of programme materials, resources, or communications to targeted households and community groups in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and follow up with enrolled participants to ensure continued engagement, address queries, and provide necessary support throughout the programme lifecycle.

- Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory; working knowledge of English will be an added advantage for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Strong knowledge of the Coimbatore and Sulur geography, local communities, and socio-cultural dynamics is essential for effective field operations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage time efficiently, and meet mobilisation targets within set deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy including familiarity with MS Office, Google Forms, or mobile-based data collection tools for maintaining field records.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory on a daily basis; possession of a valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
