Factory HR Executive

This role is based at a factory in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka, and is suited to an HR professional with experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions specific to factory operations.

• Workforce Management: Handling recruitment, onboarding, and attendance tracking for factory staff
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements applicable to manufacturing units

• HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, coordinating with payroll, and supporting audits
