About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources functions at the plant, supporting the workforce and ensuring smooth HR operations on the shop floor.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Handling plant-level HR operations and employee relations
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and workforce management
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
- Coordinating with plant management on HR policies and processes
