About the role
This position is part of the Quality Assurance function based at the Visakhapatnam plant. The executive will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and maintaining quality standards across production processes to ensure compliance with established specifications and norms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Quality Monitoring: Conducting regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished goods.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate QA records, test reports, and compliance documentation.
- Process Improvement: Identifying deviations and working with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to internal quality protocols and relevant industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have a background in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related discipline, along with hands-on experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
