The employer is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional for the position of Executive – Human Resources based at its Paonta Sahib plant in Himachal Pradesh, India. This is an on-site role within a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations at the facility. Key responsibilities are expected to span across areas typical of a plant HR function, including but not limited to employee relations, compliance, and HR administration.
- Support HR operations at the Paonta Sahib manufacturing facility
- Assist with employee lifecycle processes and documentation
- Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and company HR policies
- Coordinate with plant management on workforce-related matters
