About the role
The employer is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join their hospitality team in the Greater Lucknow Area. This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing the entire housekeeping department and maintaining exceptional standards throughout the property.
The successful candidate will be expected to oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations, manage and train housekeeping staff, and ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team
- Maintain and enforce quality and hygiene standards across all areas
- Manage inventory, supplies, and housekeeping budgets effectively
