In this senior leadership role, the Executive Housekeeper will manage, train, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, oversee scheduling and resource allocation, and coordinate closely with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to success in this position.
Candidates should bring proven experience in a housekeeping leadership role within the hospitality industry, along with a thorough understanding of housekeeping procedures, inventory management, and health and safety compliance.
