About the role
A prestigious luxury hotel in the Greater Lucknow area is looking for a seasoned Executive Housekeeper to lead its housekeeping department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet the property's exacting standards of cleanliness and presentation.
In this leadership role, the Executive Housekeeper will manage, train, and motivate a large housekeeping team, oversee scheduling and resource allocation, and coordinate closely with other departments — including Front Office and Engineering — to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and quality control standards
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities, managing procurement as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with brand standards
- Handle guest feedback related to housekeeping promptly and professionally
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations across the department
