About the role
The employer is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department at their property in the Greater Lucknow Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
In this senior leadership role, the Executive Housekeeper will manage, train, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, oversee scheduling and workflow, and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the property.
- Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations across all areas of the property
- Lead, train, and develop the housekeeping team
- Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies and manage departmental budgets
