A prestigious luxury hotel in the Greater Lucknow area is looking for a seasoned Executive Housekeeper to lead and manage its housekeeping department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet the property's rigorous cleanliness and presentation standards.
The role involves overseeing day-to-day housekeeping operations, managing and mentoring a large team of housekeeping staff, and coordinating closely with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience. The Executive Housekeeper will also be responsible for inventory management, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
