Executive Housekeeper

The employer is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join their team in the Greater Lucknow Area. This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing the entire housekeeping department and maintaining impeccable standards throughout the property.

The successful candidate will be expected to oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage and train housekeeping staff, and ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet established cleanliness and presentation standards.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team
• Maintain and enforce high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the property
• Manage departmental budgets, inventory, and procurement of supplies
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective measures as needed
