A prestigious luxury hotel in Agra, Uttar Pradesh is looking for a seasoned Executive Housekeeper to take full ownership of the property's housekeeping department. This is a senior leadership role responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort throughout the hotel.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage and mentor a large housekeeping team, ensuring consistent delivery of service excellence in line with the property's luxury positioning. Responsibilities include overseeing room and public area cleanliness, managing linen and inventory, and coordinating closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Lead, train, and develop the housekeeping team to uphold brand standards
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and presentation of all guest rooms and public areas
- Manage housekeeping budgets, inventory, and procurement of supplies
