Executive Housekeeper

A prestigious luxury hotel located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh is looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join its hospitality team. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall management of the housekeeping department.

The successful candidate will be expected to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort throughout the property. This includes overseeing room preparation, public area upkeep, linen management, and ensuring that all housekeeping operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Lead, train, and manage the housekeeping team to deliver consistent service excellence
• Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Coordinate with other departments such as Front Office and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage housekeeping budgets effectively
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

This role is well suited to a hospitality professional with a strong background in luxury hotel housekeeping management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. Prior experience in a comparable senior housekeeping role within an upscale or luxury property is expected.
