A reputed hotel property in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu is looking for a dedicated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead its housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
In this role, the Executive Housekeeper will plan, organise, and supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring efficient workflow and consistent service quality. The position requires strong leadership skills to train, motivate, and manage housekeeping staff while maintaining compliance with hotel policies and hygiene standards.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing inventory of housekeeping supplies, coordinating with other departments such as the front office and maintenance, and promptly addressing guest requests or complaints related to room cleanliness and upkeep.
