About the role
Merlis Hotels Coimbatore is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department and ensure impeccable standards throughout the hotel.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day housekeeping operations, supervising housekeeping staff, and ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation.
- Oversee and coordinate all housekeeping and laundry operations
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping team members
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Liaise with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience
