Executive Housekeeper

Merlis Hotels Coimbatore is seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead and manage the hotel's housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to impeccable standards at all times.

In this role, the Executive Housekeeper will supervise and train housekeeping staff, manage scheduling and workload distribution, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols. The candidate will also be expected to coordinate closely with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across all areas of the property
• Recruit, train, and manage housekeeping team members
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure adherence to hotel standards, health guidelines, and safety regulations
• Address and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally
