Executive Housekeeper

A well-established hotel property in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu is looking for a dedicated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead its housekeeping department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

The role involves managing and supervising the housekeeping team, planning and organizing daily operations, and ensuring efficient use of resources. The Executive Housekeeper will also be expected to maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies, coordinate with other departments, and uphold brand standards consistently.

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across all areas of the property
• Recruit, train, and manage housekeeping staff
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and common areas
• Manage inventory, procurement, and budget for housekeeping supplies
• Coordinate with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
