Event & Warehouse Coordinator

This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional capable of managing both event coordination and warehouse operations simultaneously. The successful candidate will be expected to handle the planning and execution of events while maintaining efficient oversight of warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the end-to-end planning and execution of events
• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory tracking and stock management
• Ensure smooth communication between event teams and warehouse staff
• Maintain accurate records related to both event logistics and warehouse inventory

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in event management, warehouse coordination, or a related field is preferred
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills in English and/or local languages

This is a ground-level operational role suited to candidates who thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments and are comfortable switching between event and logistics responsibilities as needed.
