About the role
Google is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for Workspace Search Quality to join its Bengaluru team. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading and growing engineering teams dedicated to enhancing the quality, relevance, and performance of search experiences within Google Workspace products.
The role involves setting technical direction, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring that search quality initiatives are executed with rigour and scale. The manager will work closely with product, research, and infrastructure teams to define and deliver measurable improvements to search systems used by millions of Workspace users globally.
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers focused on search quality
