In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring engineering teams dedicated to enhancing the search experience within Google Workspace products.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership skills, a deep understanding of search systems, and a proven ability to drive quality improvements at scale. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including product management, research, and design to deliver meaningful improvements to search relevance and user experience.
