Engineer – Operations & Maintenance

About the role
This role is based at a power generation facility in Chhabra, Rajasthan, and sits within the Operations & Maintenance function. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of plant equipment and contributing to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
Key responsibilities are expected to include:
- Plant Operations: Monitoring and operating power plant systems to maintain safe and efficient performance.
- Maintenance Activities: Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation equipment as applicable to the role.
- Fault Diagnosis: Identifying equipment faults, conducting root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhering to all applicable safety standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
