You will play a critical part in minimising downtime, optimising performance, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical expertise combined with a proactive approach to preventive and corrective maintenance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, safety, and procurement to drive operational excellence across the facility. This is a high-impact role that directly contributes to the reliability and productivity of our operations.

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, power, oil & gas, or process industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily plant operations to identify performance gaps, equipment anomalies, and potential failure risks before they escalate.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and OEM representatives for annual maintenance contracts, spare parts procurement, and specialised repairs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, equipment history records, and compliance documentation as per ISO and statutory requirements.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure strict adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines, permit-to-work systems, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures during all maintenance activities.
- Support capital improvement projects including installation, commissioning, and performance testing of new equipment and systems.
- Track and report key maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) to the Operations Manager on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognised Indian university.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in operations and maintenance within manufacturing, utilities, power generation, or process industries.
- Strong working knowledge of rotating equipment, HVAC systems, electrical panels, PLCs, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems) such as SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent platforms.
- Proven ability to read and interpret P&IDs, engineering drawings, and equipment manuals.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
Benefits
- Competitive CTC with performance-linked annual increments and quarterly bonuses based on operational targets.
- Comprehensive health insurance coverage for the employee and immediate family members under a group mediclaim policy.
- Structured learning and development programmes including technical certifications, safety training, and leadership development opportunities.
- Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, and other statutory benefits fully compliant with Indian labour laws.
- Opportunity to work with industry-leading technologies and experienced professionals in a safety-first, growth-oriented work culture.
