About the role
The Engagement Manager role is a senior client-facing position responsible for overseeing project engagements from initiation through delivery. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that objectives are met on time and to the expected standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end client engagements and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitoring engagement progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies
- Driving client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in engagement or project management, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex client environments. A background in consulting, IT services, or a related field is advantageous.
