Frontline Managed Services is hiring an eBilling Specialist based in Bardez, Goa. This role focuses on managing and processing electronic billing operations within a managed services environment.
About the role
The eBilling Specialist will be responsible for overseeing electronic billing processes and ensuring accurate, timely submission of invoices through various eBilling platforms. This position sits within the operations team at a managed services organisation and requires a detail-oriented professional comfortable working with billing systems and client accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end eBilling workflows and submissions
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and exceptions
- Maintaining compliance with client-specific eBilling guidelines and requirements
- Monitoring invoice status and following up on outstanding or rejected submissions
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in eBilling or accounts receivable, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work accurately under deadlines. Familiarity with legal or professional services billing platforms would be an advantage.
