The eBilling Specialist will be responsible for handling electronic billing processes and ensuring accurate, timely submission of invoices through various eBilling platforms. Key responsibilities include:
- eBilling Management: Submitting and tracking invoices through electronic billing portals used by clients
- Billing Accuracy: Reviewing invoices for compliance with client-specific billing guidelines and requirements
- Issue Resolution: Identifying and resolving billing rejections, discrepancies, or disputes in a timely manner
